jonathan dudley2023-09-21We hired Andrews company "The Flooring Craftsman" to do flooring and tile at a local rescue mission. Andrews tile work was poor and his workers damaged the plumbing drain lines. We had to bring in another tile company to demo and re build correctly. We also had to bring in plumbers to replace the drain lines as they were full of thin-set. He was given ample time to repair his work but chose not to show up. This cost me thousands of dollars over his original contract and delayed 30 students returning to their dorm for several weeks. Buyer beware.
